I found this picture of an USAF C-123 that ran out of gas and tried to land on the Southern State Parkway on Long Island NY, The 7 crew members of the Transport plane were not injured, unfortunately the Driver of the Pontiac was Killed. The C-123 has a 119' wingspan, it went under an overpass that was only 50' wide & 18' tall, that is why both wings and the vertical stabilizer are either missing or greatly shortened.

Six Wheeled Packard Site seeing cars, who knew? The 2nd Picture almost looks photoshopped but it isn't. According to the source the cars belonged to the Smoky Mountain Tour Company of Ashville NC, according to the source they were roll top cars so they were open air in nice weather. This shot shows the fleet parked during WWII Some Close up Shots The Spare tire does not look like it has a lot of life left in it.
At first, I thought it was built on a packard chassis, but the wheel covers didn't look right; turns out, this was built on a Pierce-Arrow chassis, but I don't know if the dual-cowl design was from the original body or built from new.
Things I just don't think about, a mobile Preachers Car complete with a whistle stop style rear porch to orate from.
Back in the late '80s, when the Superbowl was played in San Diego (SB 34?), there were two blimps doing all kinds of stuff there--one McDonald's, one Fuji Film. One of the funniest things I saw from the deck of my ship, USS Constellation, was the two blimps having 'diving' races, damndest thing I'd seen airborne advertisements do.
