Does anybody make these for wagons or would these fit? They're made for Ford, GM, Chryco trucks and Caddy/Lincolns. A bit pricey, but they sure look like a neat Wagon option. http://www.ttt-mirror.com/productoverview.html
How about those old cowl-mounted Spot Lights you could redirect with an inside handle? hmmm. The heat-oppressed brain toiling away. Especially after reading how people are stealing mirrors off the cars: http://www.carkb.com/Uwe/Forum.aspx/ford-focus/527/Stolen-wing-mirrors
OK. The article is a shocker (replacement costs), and the link is broken for a repair kit. Anyone hear of these or know where to get them? http://autorepair.about.com/cs/productreviews/fr/blreview02.htm
I would just go with the old style, fender mounted towing mirrors.... My Dad and I have used the same set for years on most of his cars, and some of mine... such as.... On My Dad's old 77 Plymouth Volare, 75 Ford LTD.. On my Dad's old '79 Buick Estate Limited On my old '85 Pontiac Parisienne Safari, and Most Recently, on my now scrapped '93 Lumina Z-34 I plan on usung them on my 90 Lincoln Continental Mark VII, once I get a hitch installed on it.
