    My wife was called into work this afternoon, so I drove her up. Glad to say, that NOTHING was open except gas stations and a small pharmacy near the hospital. This is a military town, and even Walmart doesn't mess with the unofficial rule. Nothing moves until 1:00 PM. Nice to see a major city's businesses bite this bullet, at least.:thumbs2:
