    I like these Edsel Bermudas.......

The '58 Edsels were interesting in that the lower trims (Pacer & Ranger) were based on Ford bodies, while the upper trims (Corsair & Citation) were based on the Mercury bodies. The give-away is the roofline. Here's a little primer:

Ford body (Edsel Pacer 4-door hardtop):

    Mercury body (Edsel Corsair)

All the wagons though, were based on the Fords.
Maybe would have been neat if they had made one wagon model on the Mercury 4-door hardtop wagon..... (Idea for phantom 1/25 wagon model?)

    Anyway, I digress too much.

On this Bermuda, I think it would have looked better if the wood grain was in the 'cove' area, rather than the body side where it is. Don't like the 2-tone + wood, either......
