    Well it took me over 2 years to answer the question from this post by the Rev http://www.stationwagonforums.com/forums/showpost.php?p=57100&postcount=82 from the thread about my trip in the IH Metro. http://www.stationwagonforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=6884

    I'm picking up the AMC Eagle wagon in UT with the LS1 either tomorrow evening or Saturday morning. I had no intention of buying it, but the seller called me a week and a half later and offered me a deal I couldn't refuse. I'll first be driving it to the Denver area then home to TN. :thumbs2:

    And I'm getting it for considerably less than what he was asking in his last price drop of $9,800. He's getting married next month and his new wife wants his debt paid off before they get married. He's a really nice kid (early 20's, I sound like my dad). He seemed quite upset that he was selling it. I hope he is making the right decision(s).

    But I'm bettin the marriage for that young boy does not last.:cry:

    Of course that's what they told me right after I got married. Sometimes I still don't think mine will last but I have all of my vehicles yet. :yippee:

    Frankly...I had similar thoughts. That kind of command just never worked with me. If he loved that car then she should be happy that HE'S happy. If you love someone you should want them to be happy. Although, my harem idea never went over well! :(

    Well, I picked the Eagle up tonight. Looong day. I left Todd's hohse at around 9pm, then went to Autozone, filled up and finally ate dinner. It was horrible leaving withe Eagle. It was like taking a puppy from a child. I made it to Green River, UT for the night. Eagle performed flawlessly. Going to bed.
