Does anyone know if the rocker panels on a sedan are the same length as a stationwagon? I am know looking for rockers for Fannie and I'm wondering if the rockers on a sedan would be the same length as a station wagon. I'm thinking it should be but i'm not sure.

I believe you could use rocker panels from a 4-door sedan. The 4-door sedans (and 4-door hardtops) were on the same 116" wheelbase as the wagons. You can not use the rocker panels from any 2-door, as they are on a shorter 112" wheelbase.

Excellent guys, thankyou. I'm thinking they should fit and I'm pretty confident that I can order them, this should not be as difficult as finding the quarter panels.

I am guessing Fannie is the 68 Beaumont (Canadian version of a Chevelle)pictured in your Avitar. If so the rocker panels should be the same as a 68 to 72 ElCamino. Check some of the Chevelle catalogs for finding the best type and price.

Wagons and ElCamino's are built on the same platform and usually have quarter panels that are about 3" longer behind the rear tires than a car panel. Again an ElCamino quarter that you can always trim down at the rear door may solve your quarter panel issues.
I have been through all this with my 66 Malibu 2 door conversion project (http://www.stationwagonforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=29015&highlight=rmay). After I used the longer ElCamino doors I needed the full 2dr panel length (complete with B-pillar) to allow for the elimination of my rear doors and it gave me the extra 3" rear length that is common on wagons. An ElCamino parts car was a key source for several parts I needed and so far the fit is looking very much factory.

Yes, Fannie is my avitar picture. Thanks for the suggestion to use Elky rockers.
As for the quareters they are under control, but I appreciate your help, thanks.
