Post up some pics when you get a chance. Does the drunk driver have insurance?

Always sad to hear about someone's toys getting torn up.
You didn't say but I assume your wagon was parked and no one was in it.

And I had given thought of buying it from you, too (Seeing that you were willing to sell it before this.) I'd need it towed now if I were buying it (I'm not too far away,) but from the sounds of it (though I'm not sure how extensive the damage is) the car would just be for parts by now.

Lol because I took a 74 Riviera GS one year against an armor plated GM wagon( a guy who cheated a lot) in the demo derby and in 2 hits put his
back bumper up over his rear wheels.

    No one was severely hurt
yes it was parked and I was sleeping. The police didn't even beat on the door and get me up( I think they knew better).

It's still drivable but I know it's totaled
Buckled both 1/4's mashed in the rear door/tailgate (not even going to try to open that) pushed the rear bumper in to the body and mashed the door box. The trailer hitch saved it from more severe damage.

    Sorry to hear.
Hopefully insurance will cover the repairs.
If you want to keep it I would fight his insurance company and force them to repair it.
Be a prick and you will get it done!
    Good Luck!

Don't bet on it. My Ranchero got a car pushed into the back of it by a gal in her car who, as it turned out, was under 25 years and on her dad's insurance. As soon as the insurance company confirmed that, they said all bets were off. I can see the insurance company doing the same thing here simply because the guy was drunk behind the wheel. Suing the gal who caused my accident would've cost far more than just eating the damage cost. I know, I'm putting out the negative waves, but do not expect much, if anything.
