    Comp Nine....the greatest GM VIN decoder ever has "closed its doors"!!!!! What the hell is going ON?? Every GOOD car site on the Internet is going down! This was a great site that gave you EVERYTHING about your car. EVERYTHING! Including the number of cars built exactly like yours.

    Actually your right, I often wondered how many Fannies were built. I never knew this site existed, and now I can't check.

    Hopefully someone will save the records and other needed info and start another site. It is always nice to know about our toys. As today's vehicles end up in salvage yards, those name decals will crumple and disappear. The few vehicles left will loose all sources of where they came from. Parts will not be available. There will be no way of restoring them.

    Comp Nine had the build records right down to the last detail. Best site I have ever seen regarding VIN decoding. This is a major loss.
