Excellent question. You might get better answers if you ask it in the general wagon discussion section. But others will be along to help you. In the mean time :Welcome: to our corner of the WWW.

64countrysedanwagon:Welcome:to the wagon forum. You started out in the correct place but you failed to start out with your introduction. Tell the members a little about yourself and your cars. Then wander off looking around.
After that go to the general wagon discussion area and ask all the questions you like. I'm sure several members can help with this important addition.

Welcome to the nut house! If you go to the general wagon threads, and use the search, you will find several threads about seat belts. There are several places that make after market seatbelts, and they also sell the kits to retrofit them to older cars. The good news is that your mounting points for lap belts are already in the car. Seatbelts were a factory option in 1964 and the mounts had to be engineered in from the get go by law. Shoulder mounts though, are not likely there particularly in the rear but the kits come with what you need to make it safe.

Be sure to post pictures of the car and what you do with it! Have fun and don't be afraid to join in, either by sharing your knowledge or by asking questions when you aren't sure.
