Haven't had much time to work on my '58 Wagon, but I have recently traded off my 74 Super Beetle for something a little more fun and enjoyable.

    See attached.

    1964 Ford Galaxie 500 4-door. 352 V8, auto, runs and drives like a Caddy! :thumbs2:

Can't believe I got a straight trade on my Beetle. It wasn't even in that great of shape, but the gal was desperate for a more fuel efficient car. Barter Kings got nothing on me... ha! I am VERY happy with it! Rides just like a Caddy. Only items that really need attention are interior and front windshield replacement.

You traded a neat little VW for THAT?

Wow, great score on your part. I only dream of deals like that - in my case they'd end up driving the bug for 10 years with no problems and I'd be replacing everything but the rear passenger door handle knob to make what I got functional.

Now you can tow that vintage trailer you have tucked away.
