(Hey!...a Station Wagon forum?!...how cool is that!?!)

Hello everyone...I'm UberTeile. I'm presently a 45yr old, single father of 2, but I've been driving station wagons since I was a 23yr old bachelor. My previous rides have primarily been Volvo 245s w/modified suspensions...I still have a `93 245 w/325k miles. My current whip is a beautiful `99 Audi A6 Quattro Avant w/140k miles. Its much more comfortable & powerful than the old 4cyl Volvos and my kids really like the rear-facing 3rd row child seat! I'm really glad I found this forum!! Lookin' forward to chattin' & checkin' out your wagons!!

    UberTeile :)

    Welcome, Uber....
I've got a 2003 Ford Focus ZTW now, but my previous ride was this:
    100_41083.jpg

It was a 2000 A6 that I purchased used in 2003 with about 88k on the clock. Unfortunately, maintanence and repairs were eating up my wallet, so away it went. Loved to drive it, though.......

Look around, post up some pics and chat a bit.....

(y)Thanx to all for the warm welcome! I can already tell this is an enthusiastic forum and that's just fine by me.

 lol...ummm, yes, the Audi does...the color is a unique "Lago Blue"...pics soon to come.

Krash Kadillak, I really like the look of the early Focus wagons...probably my favorite of the compact wagons, baring the Lancer EVO 5dr. I know what you mean about the high Audi maintenance costs(I work for an Audi dealership)...but like you said, they're an absolute dream to drive when you're not paying to fix `em. :biglaugh:

I'm workin' on getting pics of my nice, clean Audi parked next to my poor, dirty, weed-attracting Volvo...stay posted.
