My list of Ugly and stupid vehicles

This is just a fun list based on my opinions and taste. Do not take what I feel or think to heart.

1. DONK, or as I call them DORK. What a uncalled for and unsafe molestation of otherwise cool cars.






2. 4x4 conversions, Ya'll hold my beer and watch this! YEEE HAWWW.






3. Low Riders, nothing that screams East LA like a Low Rider throwing sparks.





4. Limo Conversions, please, leave this to the Caddys, and Lincolns





5. Name Branding your car, unless you are getting paid for advertising, WTF would you be thinking?

 

6. Ghetto Rigging your WIP! UH, Liquid Nails and wood screws are for building your house, not your car.






7. Nonfunctional mods. Yeah that glue on hood scoop really made that GEO pretty quick, didn't it?







8. Japanese Styling, Hey, it worked for the movie CARS and Speed Racer, so why not?






9. Creative Art Classes + Cars = EWWWW!







10. Using your car for purposes not intended in the original designs. Or Rednecking it.

 

That's the best list I've seen.

 

Good job, Blackie. Some of those monstrosities really got me angry!

it really is amazing what some people think looks good was really good for a giggle. Some were a jaw dropper...#9 looks like someone got sick on it

im with ya Scotty on all of them...but the Lowriders

 

It depends on the lowrider I guess. I like some of them, but hate others. I have a real soft spot for '78-87 Buick Regals and when I see them all done up with 13" wire wheels and white walls, it makes me sick. Now Old Impalas, they have the right look when done up tastefully. I guess what else bugs me about most lowriders, is the fuzzy fur interiors that most have. So I guess I am with you to an extent Rick, some are cool, but others are failed abortions in my minds eye.

see....i grew up in the car shows of the 60's....
...then the boogie vans era

then found i had a thing for Lowriders back in the mid 80's
so...Fuzzy interiors are in my blood...
