I am sitting in a hotel room in Richmond, watching the most hilarious movie ever..."What's Up Doc?".

This is my favorite movie. Every scene, every line, absolutely hilarious! Made in 1972, it is fresh and timeless, and yet, it is the kind of movie impossible to make today. It has no foul language, no potty humor, no nudity...it relies on brilliant dialogue, amazingly talented actors and director, and a wonderful, crazy plot. Like I said, impossible to make today.

So much of the action takes place on San Francisco streets, and wagons are everywhere. Country Squires, Ramblers, more Country Squires. A new CS almost takes out the two main stars right at the beginning of the big chase. A real stunt with no doubles.

If you haven't seen this movie in a while, or ever, you owe it to yourself to find it and laugh your head off! :biglaugh:

And, if you don't like this movie, I don't want to know you. :disagree:

    David :)

I love that movie despite the fact that Barbara Streisand is in it. What happens to the pretty 69 Caddy convertible is heartbreaking.
If you like that one I'm sure you like Its a Mad Mad World as well. I have both on DVD.
