:ban::cussing:This is just sooooo bad, sooooo ugly, soooo rediculous I just had to share. I think I threw up in my mouth! But just in case you just have to have a wagon but only have a Mustang here you go. I think my retina's are permanantly damaged by the image being forever imprinted.

Fox bodies are fair game in the mods department!
What is that a Civic hatch, or something fabbed up?

Didn't the Capri have a bubble-back hatch in one model year? I've only heard about it.

Did you check out the Kenne Bell supercharger on that Products page???? Up to $7,000 USD$!!? $3,100 USD$!

Wow! BUT!!! Looking at their pages, it means a 2.3L Turbo unit or a Mopar 2.2 L unit running at 9 PSI on the 3.3L I6 would be a rockstar!

    Just need a decent shoehorn.

The FAQ makes some very good arguments about running ducts out for fresh air access. Hot air takes a hit on MPG, up to 3%!

Reminds me of that Nissan thingy in the late 80's. It had the different hatch options. I think there was a Geo in the early 90's that had the same deal. That Mustang is a late 80's or early 90's model, so apparantly, there was some sort of demand for the option then.

I'm sure that there are about a zillion Mustang afficionado's who are out there right this second trying to destroy all evidence that those attachments ever existed.

I can only imagine one of those rolling in at a Mustang meet. Violence and mayhem ensues...

Those were an aftermarket product. Similar ones were made for Camaros and Firebirds.

Must have sold like (cold) hotcakes. I'm usually up on most of this aftermarket stuff, but that's new one for me - never seen one.

Here's the Nissan Pulsar NX thingy that somebody mentioned...

Hatchback that looks like a coupe:

Or you remove the hatchback and plop this unit on....

    Here's G's Geo Storm 'wagon' / hatch...

Although on this one, I don't think the 'wagon' part of it was removable - this was actually a separate model from their 'regular' hatchnback.

Yeah they did Norm, and shortly after wards ford stopped making the Fox capri,,,,,I wonder why...Idiouts!!

Up till 82 the Capri was a dam nice looker from the back (and front)...

    1982...dam nice looker IMO
    [IMG]

Then 1983 and sales dropped...wonder why? Even the tail lites got ugly and had a look of....are these supposed to be on another, different car.

    1983...

I HATE Mustangs with a burning passion, so this makes them more desirable and better looking IMO, I like it.
