    but this 59 Coronet was then converted to an ambulance
    and used at the local AFB here in Tucson from 59-mid 60s
    and then, parked.



    original 318 motor is in it too.

    updated the pic

    spent the last few days cleaning it up..
    put on a set of 15" 71 challenger steel wheels
    and caps...
    hopefully have the engine running by tomorrow :)

    Could you seal that up with clear and preserve the petina ?

    Becouse it looks basicly rust free.

    turns out its a 383 motor but its locked up
    from sitting. A shame too because the whole car
    only has 14k original miles on it.
    So it may be going up for sale soon :(

    I bet it is a 326 not a 318. Or if your lucky it will have a 325, they can be switched into a HEMI by changing the heads.

    You can free it up with penetrating oil and patience.
    I would love to have it myself. Oh my would my wife be pissed :rofl2:
