Welcome to the Nuthouse we call home! To me, there is something very special about a car that has always belonged to a single family. There is a connection there that just can't be denied. You will likely have many, many more years and many, many more miles (or kilometers) of happy motoring behind that 305. My brother got over 640,000 out of his 86 Pontiac Parisienne Safari, which is the same car as yours.

I'm sure that if you have any questions about keeping the old car going strong someone here is sure to have the answer for you. I'm also sure that you will be able to answer questions that other members have as well, since you have so much experience with that car. Be sure to join in the discussions. You'll find it is a very friendly group here. One that comes to feel rather like a family once you get to know us. Welcome to the family!

    HELL!
hi every one sorry its take long time from me to upload the photo. live in place the degrees get over 140 easy. and theres sand storm at least once aweek. my father drive this car in low budget. he beat it so bad. since we bought it he was drive it 45 to 65 mile a day. and about 130 mile aweek. and in holiday every we drove it for over 1800mile trip. so my father see his parent. i take the caprice 5 years ago. i drove only not more than 40 mile a day. caprice been threw hell. my father replace the gauge meter two time before. we lost the original one. i think we drove the car more than 600,000 miles. now the engine is too weak all rings leak oil in the spark plug. and no. 5and7 cyl. is leak oil through spark plug adapter. i add 33 oz every 30 days. three years ago i decide to rebuild the engine. its illegal to foreign to rent a garage. i live in this place 28 years. i try to buy a silverado or chevy van to to go in rebuild process in it. even this cars i cannot buy it. *****. at that moment i decide i will take my caprice and come to america. i try lottery and this year its the last time i will try it. if i dont win i will try to find some sponser to support my visa. and to make it worst. the local government passed a new law 14 months ago. you cannot register any car older than 1995. i make some friends i fix there iphones for free and they register my car. acdelco dealer stop bring spare parts older than 1995. its hard for me to keep my caprice working. im sorry if i take too much from your times. i think i belong now to bigger family here. and i like to share this with you. this is some pictures for the monster caprice.
