    Saw this in a parking lot and snapped a quick (crappy camera pone) pic. Looks immaculate. Can anyone ID it?

    To start with it's a 56 Cheverolet. I'm not up to speed on Chevys so it could be a handyman. Definately not a Bel Air.

    hard to say....might be a Nomad...looks like theres only 2 drs....56 for sure;)

    When I was looking at it, it looked like there were 4 doors, but all the handles were shaved.

    I'm not well versed in 50's cars, but... No, it's not a Nomad. Nomad wagons have longer front doors with the B-Pillar further back, and the side cargo window is longer up front. This is clearly a 4 door non-nomad wagon.

    Have a look at the difference....


    this is a true 56 Nomad

    This wagon is possibly a 210, maybe a Belair, but not a Nomad

    It is either a townsman or a beauville wagon. a belaire had two chrome mldgs come to a point on the front fender. I can only see one in the picture.
