I was having issues with hood clearance and I wanted to use the factory bubble scoop from Ford on my 67 Futura. After I mad room for my induction in the hood, I saw that one bubble scoop was not going to cover it. I had the idea to join two of them together just a little past 3/4 of the way across. I am going to close up the two pointed sections in front with a bit of fiberglass and maybe the center hole in the rear. I like it. Tell me what you think. Dave
That's quite a clever solution. I think it'll look really cool as well as having a factory "Fordish" look. Good luck on the project.
