I second that e-motion. All these newbies are probably wondering why we call it the nut house. We can't let them enjoy too much peace and logic.

Gotta go pour more cement slabs. Sounds like a government job, don't it, expands to the size of the economy. If I don't see anything bigger than a garden spade next year, I'll be one happy camper. Oh, and our high today is a blistering 54F.
