I seem to not be able to find online unless I am looking to hard but does anyone know where I can find my wheel lug pattern for a 1978 Ford Country Squire I had found it for the LTD sedan I think and 1979 and older but not for a 1978

The 78 uses the same 5X5 as the 77 and earlier, and the sedans use it as well. My 78 Grand Marquis uses that 5x5 bolt pattern. The 79 and up use the 4 1/2, the same as the 77-79 mid-sized Fords, since Ford based the Panther Platform on that mid-sized frame.
