Hello everyone, my name is Ricardo and I have been a lover of American cars for 30 years and a restorer of classic cars, I present to you my Dodge Custom 880, it has all the extras, aa, central locking, electric windows, turntables, electric chairs and something else ... the car needs to be fitted with wooden vinyl panels. I have had to repair the brake pump, radiator cleaning, oil changes, brake replacement. I didn't have the roof, I put it in my garage. The Dodge logo has already been replaced on the hood, but it does not appear in these photos, thank you for accepting me.
Welcome aboard Ricardo. That is a beautiful looking wagon you have there. The rear A/C is pretty impressive. I don't recall ever seeing a set up like that before. I'm looking forward to learning more about you and your cars.
The air conditioning looks practical. It undoubtedly made a big difference, since the factory only mounted the ducts in front. Only decades later did auto makers come up with running ducts to rear passenger areas from underneath the front seats or through the center console. However, these custom jobs as pictured meant that cargo dimensions became severely limitted
Hello again, this car was bought in 1965 to take important people from the Mayestic Hotel in Barcelona, the car is perfect without bumps or rust, the interior is like new and as I said before all the extras, I put the iron roof uncapping it the interior fabric with my American car restorer friend. The power steering was broken and since I couldn't find Kelsey-Hayes I sent it to the USA for repair. I also have a 1966 Dodge Monaco, Chrysler Imperial, Pontiac Firebird and many more since I have been restoring classic American cars for 30 years, it is my hobby.
