An 1984 Olds Cutlass Cruiser Woody. Sorry I don't have any pictures of it yet, but give me time.....I'm still trying to figure out 8 tracks. :D

Anyway, it's white, has 85,000 original miles and rides smooth as silk. Yeah, yeah yeah, I know, it's not a Ford, but for only $1,000. I couldn't pass it up. I'm taking it to a cruise in tonight as a matter of fact. I don't mind getting laughed at. :D

Anyway guys, sorry I haven't been here in about a month.....my computer crashed and I've been pulling my hair out busy with work.
(not complaining) Hope all is well with everyone. :thumbs2:

Congratulations, BFM. Are you going to have to change your name to Big Olds Man, now? Good luck with the Cutlass. They're nice cars. I'm sure 442 wagon will be glad you're back. I forget what year his is, but I'm pretty sure it's right around your vintage.

    Congratulations on the new wagon.
an '84 Cutlass - That would make it a Cutlass Ciera Cruiser, right?
    Which engine? 2.5, 2.8, or 3.8?

You're right, Krash; my bad. The '84 was the first year of the Ciera wagon. I guess '83 was the last year for the Cutlass wagon similar to 442's long roof, right?

Thanks snooter. No....I'm not gonna change my name, no how-no way. I'm still and will always be a Big Ford Man. But I have owned 2 other Cutlass' before. A 1979 and a 1985. great cars.

Yes Krash, it is indeed a Cutlass Ciera Crusier. Didn't mean to mislead anyone. Bummer it's a front wheel drive car though. I prefer rear wheel drive. But I gotta tell ya..... the interior is like brand new. All power too. top of the line for its day. As for the engine....it's none of the above. It's a 3.0

Gotta run guys. Be back tomorrow.

I'm a bit of a Cutlass fan myself as I've owned a few in years gone by, eventhough my heart does belong to Ford. I had a 1971 black Cutlass Supreme convertible, a 1973 Cutlass Cruiser wagon and a 1969 Cutlass convertible. I have to admit, I had no problem with any of them.

I think I was the first to get ragged on about pics, back in 2007, when I started my resto. The bottom line here is that you WILL get GENTLE reminders that we live to drool, especially when a FORD guy goes off the reservation. :biglaugh:

You should be ashamed to admit buying a GM car. What kind of Ford guy are you anyway....TRAITOR!!!

Just kidding. I like those early 80s GM wagons, Ciera, 6000, Celebrity.
