Suburbans are cool and I like the analogy of it being a "big sister" to your wagon. Nice looking wagon too, btw.

IMG_8412.jpg Despite your challenges, I'm glad to hear you're not giving up on it! My '87 has the 307. Be glad yours is not laden with vacuum hoses, lol.

looks really clean.oldsmobile engines are the best. i would love to own another wagon with a 350 diesel. i had to disable the heater and the thermostat and egr...etc :). lets say the onlt vaccum hoses im using is for the pcv valve and the ac vent and power brake.

Wow, That is real neat that you have a wagon and suburban from the same manufacturer and the same year.
It must be a challenge owning American cars in a place that doesn't have many American cars. Or parts, or folks who know how to work on them.
That's quite a commitment. I think it's pretty awesome. Good luck with the repairs to your wagon and thanks for sharing.

Nice pair. Hubby and I lovingly call Suburbans "moose" because they are BIG, can go almost anywhere and are rarely seen.

    Welcome back.
