I'm new to the world of GM cars. So its like a shot in the dark for me. What GM models will interchange with my 1977 Oldsmobile Vista Cruiser? Aside from the Cutlass. I noticed in another thread that a Buick wagon appears to be on the same chassis, along with another members Malibu. I'm just trying to verse my self in this stuff so I don't sound like a fool when I get asked questions or if I need to ask for help.

Your particular body was built from 1973 to 1977. Anything before or after body-wise won't fit.

The wagons that came off that platform were:
    Chevelle Malibu
Chevelle Laguna (just has a different nose)
    Pontiac LeMans Safari
    Buick Regal
    Oldsmobile Cutlass Vista Cruiser

The Olds was only slightly different because it had a flip-up glass panel over the front seat (so they could still call it a 'Vista Cruiser')

I believe all the door glass interchanges. As for the quarter side glass, the 9-passenger models had a small vent glass that opened. The 6-passenger models had one-piece quarter glass. The lift-up rear gate fits everything as well I believe.

They would all have different front sheet metal. The doors would not fit between the different makes due to the different outer panel designs.

That was an option, that generation didn't come with the window in the roof, they were called "Vistaless Cruisers" without the roof glass.;)
