Elizabethton, TN (northeast Tennessee) cruise-in every Saturday evening/night - weather permitting in the old downtown area. Most people start arriving around 5pm and stay until well after dark... old downtown is well lit. The cruise runs from the first Saturday after DST begins and lasts until the last Saturday of DST.

Antique shops also stay open late, southern dining and vendors set up with good little foods... popcorn, burgers, cotton candy, etc. Also old music... hosted by the Carter County Car Club.
