Hello, I have a 74 Chevy Caprice Estate Wagon, and the electric tailgate motor burnt out to the point it cannot be repaired. I started to try and find a replacement here in Australia but there is nothing like it. I then found the Cardone ones on Ebay but most of the sellers do not ship to Australia. The biggest problem though I have is identifying the correct ones to buy even if I find a vendor willing to ship. In summary, my tailgate motor burnt out, I read you could use the LH rear one, but that is also missing on my car (probably used once before) and now the front LH is playing up. Can anyone advise me; a) what is the correct code to order each one (I have been told the 2 I need are 42-13's). b) I think I would like to buy a complete set (ie 5 in total), does anyone have a suggestion as to where I should buy them from? thanks Paul
