Woodward dream cruise August 16th,2014 and Back To The Bricks downtown Flint same day! Bring on the longroofs!!!!!
Once upon a time I traded off my faithful 1955 Chevy wagon. The new owner lived within ten miles of me here in Boonieville. But he was from the Detroit area. So one summer he and his family left NW Florida and went back home to cruise the Woodward Avenue Dream cruise. Sadly I never got to do it but my wagon did. First time in my life I did something stupid. Well....maybe the second. Took me three years to get it back. This wasn't the first time it was in Michigan. When living in central Illinois we used it to camp up and down the Lake Michigan sea shore. I still haven't been to the Dream Cruise.
CAT - old age is any age depending on the person and their state of mind and health. Even then many people are much like you, in years maybe getting "up there" but in mind, spirit and down right orneryness they are are like most 50 somethings. Dream big - like a drive to Detroit - what the heck, what's the worst that could happen .........
