    Canada puts out some great musicians. some they share...(Gordon lightfoot, Celene Dion) some they don't (Ivana Santilli...why...she is awsome!). but you folks did it again!
    I'm iffy on 80's music some i like, some i don't. but this newest import from montreal....is kick ass! even if you dont like 80's music this band (which is new ..but is 80's revival style) has a great song and video here

    Some good stuff. I saw the brother of one of the band's members live at a DJ show in late 90s.

    I like alot of new rock still.....I work with kids mostly so I hear just about everything:party5:. Guess I'm getting old, sorry Ian but it did'nt do it for me.

    I think we're showing our age...

    Actually I didn't know that they had another drummer before Neil Peart.
    Peart had a big influence as a songwriter, he was really into lyrics and odd time signatures.

    'Chromeo' - Gets an 'A' for name originality, D- on the music

    Rush = nails on chalkboard. They are about the only rock group I REFUSE to listen to.

    Okay, I have a bit of a soft spot for this dude. Fanny, he's even C&W. Oh sure, OLD C&W, but he's even from your part of the country.

    As a kid we used to open shows for him out West, and he recommended us to appear on the Grand Ol Opry, which we did. A family group of four of us kids.

    This might be a wee bit "old" for some of you, but I can hear those toes a tapping already.......
