I know this isn't station wagon related, but since you guys are my station wagon buddies, I thought I would just link this video. The past few months have been a big focus on getting all my normal stuff done, plus having a lot of fun finding parts for this real deal NHRA Pro Stock Hemi Challenger that was raced by Bill Bagshaw from 1970 to 1973. The car is currently owned by John Gastman. My buddy Bucky Hess restored the car, and Bill Bagshaw rebuilt the 426 Hemi motor for the car about six months ago at Ron Shavers Racing Engines in Torrance, CA.

It was a lot of fun to see the car done. Bucky gave a quick demonstration of the car running, thought I'd post a link for anyone interested:

I'm hoping I'm going to be able to have Bucky paint my '66 Plymouth Belvedere II wagon, his work is incredible.

    Thanks for watching!

Really cool! I was at the Winternationals at Pomona in '70 (or was it '71..?) and probably saw the car run (can't remember for sure).

You probably did see it run in Pomona, since Bill is based in CA and did most of his racing there. Thanks for watching!
