Droped my honey and a friend off at the airport 5AM this morning, she is of to Mexico for a week, she has never been there (nor have I). And me...some one has to stay home and take care of the dogs..no wonder we're allways poor! Don't ask me where she went...I'd have to get off my @zz and look at the fridge for contact info So tonite, I went out for dinner (take out)... bout a store cooked roast chicken, a pack of cesar salid mix, potato salid, cole slaw, butter flake buns...all the stuff I'm not suposed to eat The boys enjoyed a nice bowl of kibble with mass amounts of chicken, that bird didn't stand a chance,. No chore list left behind... was told to have fun... was told to do what ever I want... ....Man I'm pathetic.... I miss my honey and it's been just over 12 hours Deb went with a good friend who just happens to be the Receptionist at our vet's office. Both girls are staying at our vet's time share condo She was going to cancel her trip but I said no, GO, HAVE FUN, Tia will look out for me..... My girl is house sitting all next week, so I'm really home alone.....Soooo, If I ever miss posting, I'm most likely dead because I'm eating whats gona kill me, pleae call 911 if I miss a days posting
Tedy - you die , you are in big trouble with the rest of us, not even counting how PO'd your DW and daughter will be. What I notice when my sweet baboo'ette is not home is how quiet it is. It is okay for a little while, then I realize that it is lonely quiet, not quiet quiet, if you get my drift, and then I really start to miss her. Not that I can tell her, that would be giving in. I hope your wife has a great holiday. It sounds like with the condo arrangement and going with a good friend that she is bound to come home brimming with stories to tell. Just stay out of the fast food joints and you should do just fine. And a question - do we wait like a full 24 hours before we call the coroner, or do we start getting nervous if no posts by noon or dinnertime?
You'd better not die on us! Just eat enough junk food that your old ticker keeps ticking! I agree with the Mrs, have some fun, buddy!
Is it you or is it your ghost? Because I'm pretty sure we can still catch you and I am pretty darn good at sewing so I 'll sew your soul back into your body. Its an art really. If we lived closer, I'd come up and hang out with you for a while. We could poke around your wagons and play with the pups.
this is the time to lay back in your armchair and eat cheetos and smoke a good stogie. have a good beer. or as in my case when jenn is gone for a day or two...enjoy a clean house!
Well the house is clean but I think I'll pass on the Cheetos for sure. I'm also going to eat better tonite. Just got back from shopping, and I'm going to have corned beef on rye but not the size as in the St Patricks thread!, Romano tomatos and bland cottage cheese on the side. The bakery had fresh mini loves of german rye and while there the dogs and I split 2 fresh from the oven ham and cheese crosonts. As for beer, that kinda sounds tempting today. I just mite go to the beer store and pic up a 6pac from our local brewery...I just mite do that. http://www.vanislandbrewery.com/default.aspx?PageID=1000 Here is the beer I mite buy, they sell them in a combo pac also, DOUBLE DECKER IPA has a unique hop blend that includes hops from the Pacific Northwest, this golden amber IPA is packed with a distinct West Coast flavour...more PIPERS PALE ALE the "Island's Pale Ale" is a world class Pale Ale with a deep copper hue and a medium body that bursts with ample Pacific Northwest hop character...more HERMANN’S DARK LAGER is a full bodied lager and its flavour is uniquely balanced with a subtle hop impression. A toasty malt nose is confirmed with similar flavours on the palate that take on a somewhat nutty character...more SPYHOPPER HONEY BROWN one of our most popular brews at Beer Festivals is a light amber coloured ale that has a sweet malt flavour combined with an excellent balance of hop character...more SEA DOG AMBER ALE was inspired by the Canadian Navy Centenial and is an amber coloured beer with a burst of hops and smooth malt finish...more HERMANNATOR is a limited release Eisbock that is brewed as a winter seasonal each year. Crafted at 9.5% ABV, using a signature blend of chocolate and caramel malts then cold aged for over 3 months, this specialty brew is highly sought after by beer enthusiasts every year…more
