    And then there were two:

Left - 1966 Ford Country Squire. 428 4V, Automatic, Power steering, Kelsey Hayes four-piston power disc brakes, limited slip rear end, AC, AM/FM radio with Stereosonic 8-track tape player, power windows, power seat, dual facing rear seats, luggage rack.

Right - 1966 Ford Country Squire. 428 4V, Automatic, Power steering, Kelsey Hayes four-piston power disc brakes, front bumper guards, limited slip rear end, AC, AM/FM radio, dual facing rear seats, luggage rack (also has aftermarket cruise control, trailer hitch, and air shocks).

To sell or not to sell? That is the question.

If you're flush with cash, you should disassemble the left one down to its component parts, use them to be standby parts in case of need; if you are like me, poor, sell the left one and ensure the money goes as far as it can to improving the life and looks of the one on the right.

The left one can donate its power windows and AM/FM/8-track immediately, if you exercise option one.

Although it doesn't look it, the left one is the better of the two wagons. I have the woodgrain to go back on it plus three sets of fiberglass trim.

    Well, you didn't say that....

If you can keep both, then do so. The pics say the one on the right is still in pretty good condition. The woodgrain must have been applied recently, as it looks new.

Wow! A pair of 428 powered '66 Ford wagons. How rare is that? Do Marti reports go back that far? It would be neat to see the Marti reports on these two.

    Ha! I would've tried that myself if I wasn't so dirt-poor!

    Left one is better-equipped.

Sell the right one to do a first-rate restoration on the left one.

You must be rich to have two beautiful examples such as these. That being the case I am sure money is no object, so you should keep them both.

    Thanks Everyone!

Hey Silvertwinkiehobo, here's a link to all of the photos to the wagon on the left (the one in primer) from the day I bought it up until now. https://www.flickr.com/photos/92451820@N00/sets/72157635496560289 I don't have any detailed photos of the other one yet. I haven't had it very long. I'm still in the process of sorting things out. I need to clean up the inside. I'll post what few I have.

Marti Reports don't go back to '66, n2fordmuscle. They are pretty rare though. And I might consider selling one of them to you.

Thank you for posting the Flickr pages. They actually brought back a few memories, as we had a '66 sedan when I was a kid. Now I wish we had had a '66 wagon. And so, if it weren't for the rust spots, you'd only have the woodgrain and trim to apply, but that rust is pretty typical of the day. And the engine--was it freshly rebuilt when you bought it?

I cleaned up the interior a little today. It's not perfect, but it is original. It's the wagon on the right, with the woodgrain. Here are a few pics.
