Not really all about, but I'm a wagon fan from way back, owned a few, hope to own a few (lot?) more. Day job is in a collision shop, repairing late model boringmobiles. Recently sold my latest wagon (83 Bonneville) REALLY looking for mid 50s to early 60s wagon (55-56 Ford fordor ideally)to do all the things we dreamed of as kids...driving to the coasts with the kiddos, etc. Owned a LOT of cars over the years, wagons just seem like the perfect answer to it all. Just wish I'd started buying them 20-30 years ago when nobody wanted them. Here's a vintage pic of the family ride from when I was just a wee lad, might have been the start of it all?
Enough about you! It's always about you. What about ME? Oh, this is your introduction. Let's here more about you and your wagon plans. I like that wagon photo you posted, whatever it is? Glad you joined us and hope you find just what you want to travel to the coasts and everywhere in between.
Thanks guys! Right now this is my idea of a dream wagon...well, without the cheesy streetrod peep mirrors
Welcome to the SWF....... Find your '55/'56 Ford, next thing you know you'll be looking for a vintage Airstream TT to pull behind it. Marshall
You have certainly come to the right pace to find the wagon of your dreams. We're GREAT at spending OPM! LOL Enjoy and have lots of fun around here.
Brian! Nice to see you made it over here. I'm a new member myself. I didn't know that you sold the Bonneville wagon. Personally, I like the '50's and '60's wagons better. I always thought the '50's Ford wagons were very cool. I love those 2-dr Ranch wagons. I know you'll find a nice ride. I'm actually getting bored with my Malibu wagon after owning it for 27 yrs. It might also be time for something a little more vintage. Talk to you soon buddy. Jack
