77 Ford Granada

What would you do to win a used Ford Granada.

 

That's awesome. Why don't we do fun quirky stuff like this anymore.

 

But how did it end?? Who won?

 

It says her name is Marie DeVoid. What was she devoid of? She wasn't devoid of a car, that's for sure....

But it was already a 5 year old car by that time.

 

I don’t know why I didn’t enter this, it was only 10 miles from where I lived I guess 19 year old me was happy with my 76 Cherokee. I did buy a 78 V8 Fairmont there a few years later.

 

Reading in the comments where I saw this posted, it took 61 hours for her to win the car

 

And then there was these guys. I cannot fathom spending that much time to win a trailer home. I remember this was a big deal in my area at the time. Oh boy a free Chevette, too!
