The lights on the Impala coupe look pretty darn similar to those on the Impala wagon. At least to me!
This would seem to indicate that there are differences (read the description on the box where it says "exc. station wagon"). http://www.ebay.com/itm/1965-CHEVY-...Parts_Accessories&hash=item35d7d15c5d&vxp=mtr Also, this guy has separate listings for station wagon tail lights: http://www.taillightking.com/65-66Chevy Pass.htm http://www.ebay.com/itm/65-CHEVY-IM...Parts_Accessories&hash=item3f376fdb65&vxp=mtr
The angle of the mounting surface appears to be slightly different, which is why they would be different.
It looks like the angle that the coupe and sedan lights are attached on is a bit greater than the angle for the wagon. Using the sedan/coupe lights on the wagon will result in the lights appearing to be tilited down a little bit. Chevy made a lot of those wagons. It shouldn't be that difficult to find some.
