Ok, so I never thought I would own a Ford, but I am now the proud owner of a 64 Falcon Wagon. A friend of mine bought it and started on it, and then decided that he had to many irons in the fire. I picked it up for just what he had in it. It needs alot, I am going to get it up and running, and stopping, and SLAM IT!

Congrats EN - we need pictures. Actually we NEED pictures. We love to see what other people just took on for projects.

You could always put a Pontiac engine in it

:Welcome:, so what exactly does "it needs alot" mean? Those wagons are scarce now, nice find.

PS, we like pics, even in progress.:tiphat:

Thanks for the warm welcome! I am working on the pics. and I Plan on Gettin it up and runnin and drivin first. Then I have got an Air Ride System that I picked up for a song that me and my 15yr. old son are going to install. We just wanted somthing to tinker with after building him a VW Cabriolet. Thought the Wagon would be just the thing. :hide:

I'm not big on slammed vehicles, but I do have to say that Falcons do lend themselves well to it:

I owned a Cabriolet. More fun than any of the 77 cars I've owned to drive. I could show your son how to do a 360 degree spin at 35 mph on a wet bridge and freak himself out! And I did it on purpose! I was pissed at this guy that was riding my tail and figured I'd get him to back off, after various tries with every other known method. He braked, and got rearended! There is a God.:D

Funny how we assume that because it has 8 carbs and all that bling that it has a few more ponies than the factory version. :rofl2:

Where are you getting these pics, Andy? I'm blinded by the light!:rofl2: (Deja vue, pains mostly!)
