    I enlarged it, and it sure does, but I'd hope that it was just something sitting in front of, but not connected to, that car.

    It makes me sad that both of those lovely Ford’s are out in the weather. If there is a plow on the front of that T-Bird I would say it not used often by the looks of those icicles hanging down from it. Poor cars.

    I would say that it certainly looks like a blade in front of the Bird.
    However, there is no possible way it is hooked to the front of it. The weight of a blade that size alone would cause the back end of the car to come off of the ground, not to mention the sub frame and all of the associated hydraulics. The most likely scenario is that the driver of the T-Bird just parked in the spot the plow truck usually sits.
