Hello all! Been busy & haven't been on here in a while...Just wanted to throw something out there for those who may need something for GM "late model" wagons. I started working for an outfit in Columbus, OH last fall and just down the street there is an auto re-cycle place, I think it's called "Larry's" (not for sure). Anyway, they have at least a couple dozen complete looking wagons very visible from the street. Should even be repairable ones from the looks. These do not appear to be wrecked or anything, probably just mechanically worn out. If there is interst, I can post the contact info for this place or even drop by and check something for you as I pass it often. Reply to this and I'll check back by next weekend or PM me. I like these my self and would welcome a reason to stop by and be nosy. Then again, I may end up with another project... Did anyone see the Topgear episode where they filled a Roadmaster up with water and drove it?

I remember quite a while back somebody posted a pic (maybe an entire thread?) showing a lot with chain-link fence around it, and it was at least half-filled with GM whale wagons. Word was that the owner used them all from time to time, and most were drivable. Not sure whether we're talking about the same place, though. From what I remember, the other place was in New York, but I could be wrong.

    You aren't wrong Krash.:)

The lot they're parked at is in Columbus, Ohio in a boneyard area.
I bet it is the same place.

You guys are correct, this is the location I referred to. Amazing...here I thought I may have found a honey hole and it was already known of! I wonder how this fellow is now? I see this thread was over a year ago..if I notice activity at this site I'll pass it on. This set me straight as well.. I had wrongfully assumed it was connected with the large auto dismantler across the street.

That's how I found out about b-body wagons. That episode made me really want one and a year later I have an OCC sitting in the garage.
