Don't get me wrong, those Broughams are good cars and I know it's only got 19k on it, but that's WAY more than I'd ever pay for one of those. Call me crazy, but doesn't the edge of the driver's seat cushion look more collapsed than it should be for a car with only 19k on it? Just look at how the leather is bagged out over the trim like that. I don't mean to insinuate anything, but that kind of caught my eye. Regardless of the price though, there's no doubt it's a nice car. Just not $46k good...not to me anyway.

I agree on the going price of these cars, I don't get it. But they are nice cars, but they seem to sell for X2's what I would consider reasonable

Given the age of the car, there's no question that car is very clean underneath in all the places it needs to be, but there's still more surface corrosion on certain components than I'd like to see. I know that might be a little much to ask for an unrestored 30-year old car, but at the sky high price of $46k, I'd want less than that. In fact, for my money, at $46k it better have Pebble Beach levels of cleanliness and restoration.

Looks and cleanliness aren't counting for much anymore because nonsensical buyers are goaded by speculators that type is what matters. Or, the buyers are just clueless, and the speculators know that, act on it to keep the buyers in the dark.

I tend to agree. It's quite an odd phenomenon going on. But I guess that's the age we live in with a Bitcoin and NFT mentality. The world has gone insane.

Just about. The Sheeple are being herded by ravenous wolves instead of protective sheepdogs, and it's getting out of hand.
