119 km., $CDN 6,100. Seller says original paint, no rust. From Wikipedia: The models [of the 505] sold in North America were: Base, "GL", "S", "GLS", "STI", "DL", "Liberté", "STX", "Turbo", "GLX", "SW8", "V6", "Turbo S". Holy crap! Talk about model proliferation. https://www.kijiji.ca/v-view-details.html?adId=1396517950&requestSource=b
This one's got the same basic V-6 which was dropped into the DeLorean, Citroen XM and Volvo Bertone. From what I can see, it looks to be in nice shape, for how old it is and the milage comparatively is low. I don't know how much of a market there is, for one of those. But, the price might be worth it, for someone who wants to turn heads. They were prestigious cars, back when they were new
I have only rode as a passenger in the Diesel wagon version of this car, my coworker loved it and drove it for almost 300,000 miles before it finally rusted out. It was a Pleasant ride.
I hadn't seen a Peugeot on Ontario roads for years and years. Then saw a wagon about six months ago, looked to be a house painter's work vehicle. I'll try to catch a pic of it on my dash cam.
I've had one ride in a 505 diesel sedan. I could fit, but I wasn't comfy. The diesel's power output is retarded while the engine is cold, but fairly decent once it can make full power.
