Love my car, refer to it as my baby. Would love to paint it some day and make the 302 to a 347. Would love to talk to others who have an 84 crown vic station wagon or a similar car. Always looking for parts if they are in better shape then whats on my car. Still trying to get the back window to stop leaking. lol...

Welcome Wagon84! Love to see pics of your dad's '70 Buick too!

As for your parts search, what type of parts? Start with Hemming's, for a general search, but if you need something specific, mention it here. SOMEONE here will have a reference for ya! (y)

Sounds like a great ride. A well built 351 Windsor ought to perk her up a bit. :D

Welcome to the nuthouse we call Home. GREAT wagon you have there. I just bought an 88 Grand Marquis sedan. I wanted a wagon, but the sedan came along at a price I could afford right when I needed it. If you are rebuilding anyway, making it a 347 will up the power, but won't do much good for the gas mileage. If you can find a 351 out of an old police cruiser, as long as it is the carbureted version, you will gain about 45 or 50 horsepower right off the hop in stock form. Change the back axle ratio to a lower number, and you will even improve the mileage.
