These were incredibly rare even when new. Looks like a solid and sharp fixer-upper. $2500. https://seattle.craigslist.org/tac/cto/d/tacoma-1980-lincoln-continental-town/6872944460.html
Still available. Looks well worth saving. https://seattle.craigslist.org/tac/bar/d/tacoma-1980-lincoln-towncar-coupe-97k/6932329365.html
Hopefully someone will buy it and enjoy it. These really were nice cars. Glad it didn’t have a moonroof. Lol
Bring a starter and a few gallons of gas with a bottle of Heet. The price isn't bad, if the gas tank didn't rust from not having gasoline in it.
It does look good, although the color is bland. Would love to see it in white with a red interior or something like that. Too bad there are no photos of the engine. With nearly 100,000 miles on it, I'd like to see it.
Even more sinister is the rust which might be lurking under that top. One advantage of selling one's junk on Craiglist is that a potential buyer can't get the close-ups which would otherwise be possible on ebay
Yeah. I cannot figure out why C/L and FB won't allow zooming in on pics, even though they allow high-res photos.
Download it and zoom in on it yourself. The image won't be any better quality than the original resolution, but as long as you don't zoom in too much, you can usually see at least some additional detail. Just because craigslist allows uploading high-resolution photos doesn't mean that the photos are at that resolution when posted. Most sites, including facebook, resize them regardless of what the original resolution was.
The problems I have are that my phone's won't allow direct downloading, for whatever reason, and when I have my laptop set up, I'm doing something else. Oh, well.
