    This Caprice could be very desirable if in better condition. The engine compartment is rusty and the interior is awful.

    This was a loaded and beautiful car when new.

    It has the same bent-glass rear window as was used on the '77 and '78 Toronado XS's. I think 1979 was the last year it was used on the Chevys.

    Agreed. For $11,500 it’s a bit of a turlet.

    But keep in mind it is at a dealer so price accordingly. That interior color did not age well, I remember them only a year or two old looking almost that bad.

    The best thing on this one is the back window. Gave the low end Chevy's a bit of class.

    Some GM plastics just didn't age well at all. The mid '70s tans and the late '70s baby blues and this grey... the good thing is it's just the plastic. That can be dyed and repaired. If it was the seat material that would be much more expensive to fix. It definitely looks like it's been stored in a place without climate control and driven very little judging by the surface rust on the gear shifter...
