Very Clean low option 77 Catalina, I like the no chrome center spear or hood ornament look, looks much cleaner to me than my 78 Safari with both. I have almost never seen a 77-79 Catalina without them. This one does have a 350 Pontiac V8, Tilt, Clock, bumper rub strips, and Rally II wheels, along with duel outside sport mirrors. He says in the listing that the car is at his summer home in Florida. His winter home must be in Pennsylvania. That's probably what he considers his permanent residence and thus titles and registers his car there. There doesn't seem to be any mystery here.
That kinda sucks to have a winter home in Pennsylvania. I'd think I'd rather spend winters in Florida, but that's just me. I've seen enough PA winters to last me a lifetime.
