I'd be wondering how this was actually built. Easiest way would be to start with a 2-door Granada or Monarch, swap on a Versailles front clip and dash, then chop the top and install the Versailles bits in back (deck lid and tail lights). So first thing, I would want to see if it was actually titled as Lincoln, with a Lincoln VIN.
Good point. Oh, and people...it's not "Quadraphonic," as it does not have four discrete sound channels, but "Quadrasonic," which had two discrete channels but four speakers. A little bit of license and chicanery on FoMoCo's part.
I actually know the owner. He started with a 4-door Lincoln Versailles, so it is registered as such. He used a two-door Granada for the doors (which is why it has manual windows).
