No photos of the dash instruments, so can't tell much about options. No power windows, though, which seems somewhat of an omission by 1976 on a car like this. A/C, cruise control, power tailgate, luggage rack, third seat.

He does show a crack in the dash, which is not nice and should not be seen on a $21,000 car. Also shows some rust bubbling up on the bumper and some other flaws. For $21k, the car should be absolutely flawless. One positive is that the rear window weatherstrip looks to be in very good shape, from what we can see of it.

Should the front bumper have slots for the jack "hook" (like the rear), or possibly they're underneath?

They're underneath. I had a '73 Custom Cruiser, and here's a photo of the jack instructions decal. Note the "slot" under the bumper in the left side image. I'm sure it was the same for '76.

For the price asked, I would want all options and 1976 showroom condition. And definitely not mismatched tires.

For the asking price, I would want TWO of them with all options and showroom condition!

For that asking price I think I'd invest in a set of matching whitewalls. I think it would make the car look much better.

No passenger side pics, no front seat or drivers door either. Is the tailgate sagging?

24,000 miles doesn’t smell right to me. With that hood trim, rusty bumper and dash crack. It seems suspect to me. Agree raised letter tires on big cars seem out of place.

Even just a matching set! Why are the rear tires all muddy?

Skeptical of the claimed 24K miles myself. We have no service records or documentation offered. A car with mileage this low should show little difference between the wear on the drivers seat and the wear on a back seat. We have no photo of the front seat. Then there are two other things I always check on an older car to help estimate mileage. The first is the wear on the steering wheel and the second is wear in the drivers side foot well - pedals and carpeting. The steering wheel has a cover. Most people do not bother to install a cover unless the wheel has started showing excessive wear. We have no photo of the brake and gas pedals. For me this is a 124K mile car until proven otherwise.
