    That's impressive to see a car delivered to Juneau Alaska come with air conditioning back then, and the auto climate control version as well. I still am constantly boggled by how expensive the stereos were in this era...

    I love some of the descriptive terms used back then--"Solid-State Ignition," "Flight Bench Seats," etc.

    Yeah, that is a loaded Merc. Bought when FoMoCo wasn't fully vested in selling cars with extras packages, you basically checked off what you wanted, the dealer would transmit the form to the factory, they'd do up and deliver your car.

    Interesting with all those options that the buyer did not go for a larger engine than the 351.
