1975 Vega Kammback on eBay - Lucerne Valley, CA

This looks like fun. Not perfect, but only $7k. Perhaps expensive for a Vega. I don'f follow Vega prices. What's that on the rear bumper? CB radio antenna mount? Rear bumper crash impact enhancement?

I have no idea what that is on the rear bumper.



But it looks to be a stock and solid car. A bit high priced as it is a very base model wagon, it has the unconfortable base seats & door panels, no A/C, power steering or brakes. The seller is asking a price that usually only the 71-73 cars bring in comperable shape. The Big bumper cars usually do not bring that kind of sale price. But I have also not been watching Vega/Astre prices for the past few years.

 

Push bar. Poor thing has been shoved off the road so many times the original bumper was unsightly.

 

Sure the parachute would have gravel rips and grass stains. You know the thing never even got air to inflate, much less get off the ground.
