Me too. That was the calm before the storm. Don’t know if it was just in step with Watergate, but by 1975 seems like quality and style was starting to waiver a bit. IMO. The tops been redone. Not Calvary twill. Plus some pesky bubbles. Neat car though. Loved those Marks.

Ditto. Would like to take one of these from Palm Springs to Las Vegas with Sinatra on the stereo. Seller states he will throw in 8 tracks of Joplin and the Allman Brothers. They would work too.

Driving one of these down the road is like piloting a couch on air. They certainly command the road and garner lots of attention.

I’ve never been in the waiting room of a bordello, but I can only imagine. It’s also I interesting where the shoulder belt is placed. Think on my ‘72 Mark it’s placed over the drivers/passenger seat. You have to reach all the way back to the back of the sail panel to release it from the hook? What a pain in the touché.

I have been in the waiting room of a bordello, not a paying customer, mind you(sure, that's what they all say) - just waiting on friends and making small talk with the "union members" there - and from what I remember that night in Jan. 1996- is yes, the sofas were rather "Brougham-y" and quite comfortable and yes, they were very similar to many of the interiors we see here.

Man, I love me 50's cars and art-deco cars, but boy, do I adore the Brougham era yachts. It makes me sad when I see one in the local U-pull it. There was a '75 Fleetwood last Sunday, and although it was pretty ruff inside, in my minds-eye I could picture it when it was new. Metallic blue with a white vinyl top and blue Monticello velour in the guy.....yeah booooyyyyy.
