    Yeah, seems like we can't fault the dude for puttin' some elbow grease into it and making it look nice. If that were me, I would've stood back and said "Ya know what, I don't think I'm gonna sell it!"

    He probably negotiated the price to around 8 and spent a couple of weeks cleaning and buffing. Not a bad ROI.
