Looks like a helluva a car for the price. Appears to have all options except PDL. 455 V8. $13,750. https://seattle.craigslist.org/oly/cto/d/olympia-1971-oldsmobile-delta-88-royale/6880632874.html
It is a great looking car for the asking price, the seller has the wheels listed as alloy, but they are the rare Olds Polycast Wheels, and they look to be in good shape as well, they are usually cracked.
I also like it, very unusual color combo, and those Polycast wheel always looked great, as long as you did not have to pick them up!!! Regular Steel 15X7 Wheel with about 4" of Polyurethane (2 to 5 lbs per wheel) and a center cap. I remember doing a tire rotation on my 1972 T/A with 14"X7" Honeycomb Wheels, and vowing never to do it again!!!!!
Still pricey but still gorgeous. https://seattle.craigslist.org/oly/cto/d/olympia-1971-oldsmobile-delta-88-royale/6880632874.html
HUGE price drop to $9950. https://seattle.craigslist.org/oly/ctd/d/olympia-1971-oldsmobile-delta-88-royale/6896490264.html
There's nothing more detrimental to a vehicle's handling than higher sprung weight. This is a common knwoledge law of physics which chassis engineers should have been taught in school. Here we have evidence of one of the first signs of a generation change for the worst, at GM's engineering department
